Virtual Testing: engineering test specifications

Problem

Engineers needed to retrieve historical test reports and use their evidence to support test-specification work.

Contribution

Led an MVP for report retrieval, evidence summarization, specification verification, and generation assistance, with continued governance and access work identified for regional handover.

Design decision

The delivered scope was bounded to approximately 1,000 historical DGBB/SXC reports rather than claiming company-wide coverage.

Outcome and evidence

One user reported saving 2–3 hours on one benchmark-data retrieval task. This is individual early feedback, not an average or audited productivity measure.
